METTLER TOLEDO pH Electrodes
METTLER TOLEDO INGOLD pH / redox
electrodes with gel-type electrolyte or solid polymer (XEROLYT®)
reference system, both with open junction, obviate the need to
pressurize the electrode through the housing. The gel electrode is
pre-pressurized and the polymer reference system is (process)
pressure-resistant. These types of electrode cannot be refilled and
therefore require reduced maintenance.

METTLER TOLEDO's pH /
redox electrodes with liquid electrolyte allow refilling of the
electrolyte reservoir, and are especially suitable for applications
where precise measurement values are important. With correct
maintenance, they are very well known for their long service life, even
under harsh operating conditions.

pH electrodes with polymer body and designed for direct mounting into a
vessel or pipe. Temperature compensation of the measurements (RTD) is
standard. The currently available electrode series has a solid polymer (XEROLYT
®PLUS) reference system and an open junction.

Recently developed, unbreakable solid-state ISFET pH electrode specially
intended for use in the food processing industry, where the possibility
and consequences of fractured glass present a highly dangerous threat.
It complies with 3-A sanitary standards, has been tested to EHEDG
requirements and is in compliance with FDA regulations.

Housing for pH electrodes
Stationary housings of the InFit range from METTLER TOLEDO
INGOLD are available
in a large variety of models. They allow quick and simple static
installation of measurement electrodes/sensors in vessels (top- or
side-entry), pipes and flow-through chambers via an appropriate adapter.
Typical applications cover measurement of pH /
ORP, DO, conductivity and turbidity.

Retractable housings from METTLER TOLEDO INGOLD are available in a variety of
models to suit specific process and user requirements. They allow easy
and safe insertion and withdrawal of electrodes/sensors without
interruption of the ongoing process. Particularly suitable for processes
which tend to cause sensor contamination or which run over extended
periods.
Retractable housings |

Flow-through housings from METTLER TOLEDO INGOLD are available in various basic
designs for measuring points in a pipe or bypass. They allow the
introduction of electrodes/sensors into the sample media, either
directly or via supplementary housings and adaption methods. Choice of
materials for harsh applications with aggressive and abrasive process
media and CIP procedures are available.

Immersion housings of the InDip range from METTLER TOLEDO
INGOLD are designed
for use in open tanks and channels. They allow the easy mounting of
electrodes/sensors with Pg 13.5 thread for immersion into the sample
media. They are available with different immersion depths. Wetted parts
are made of robust, resistant polymer materials to withstand aggressive
and abrasive applications.
